We do not accept returns on used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.

We only accept returns or replacements if:

The item arrives damaged
You receive the wrong item

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mailto:support@nailuxebeauty.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
